I am the author Holly Hermit Crab’s New Friends, the story of a bossy hermit crab who learns an important lesson in how you treat those around you and the importance of being kind to others.
The book is aimed at younger Primary aged pupils. Ideal for younger children to have read to them and for older children to read themselves. The story focuses on how we treat others.
I am always happy to sign copies, adding a personalised message for those recieving my book, just add a note to your order letting me know the name(s) and any wording you wish.

5 stars – This is such a cute story for kids about a grumpy bossy hermit crab and how she learns to be kind and therefore happier. A great one to read to younger children or for young readers to read themselves. Lovely illustrations too.
5 stars -A really sweet story about finding ones own kindness. Holly crab goes on a personal journey of self discovery in how she treats others. With help of course from a beautiful blue shell, showing that we all need help and guidance along the way.

We bought this book as we already had the Olly Octopus book and our girls loved it. Well, we hadn’t even read this book to them yet and our four year old has already spent lots of time looking at the pictures and making up what she thinks that the story is about. We love the illustrations and story, and so do our little pickles.
